Banting on December 30th, entitled 'The Beneficial Influences of Certain Pancreatic Extracts on Pancreatic Diabetes.' J. J. R. Macleod, a member of the American Physiological Society, was chair of the session. In the audience were many prominent scientists including: F. M. Allen, E. P. Joslin, and G. H. A. Clowes.
