Title based on content of item.
Inscription on index card in Banting's hand reads: 'Roof of Medical Bld. -one of the early dogs. About Ap. 1922'. This dating seems to be erroneous as a similar picture, taken at the same time by Henry Mahon, can be dated to August 1921, and identifes the dog as Dog 408.
