Typescript document outlining the arrangement made between the Trustees of the Toronto General Hospital and F. G. Banting. The Toronto General Hospital established a diabetic clinic in order that 'the opportunity may be afforded Dr. Banting of conducting a thorough clinical investigation of the extract of pancreas for the treatment of Diabetes.' This memorandum was included in Falconer's letter to Dr. F. G. Banting on June 29th, 1922.
