9. The Licensors, or their authorized agent, shall
have the right at all reasonable times to examine the ac-
counts of the Licensees, and to inspect and take copies of
or extracts from any accounts, books, vouchers, papers and
documents in the possession of, or under the control of,
the Licensees, relating to the making, using or selling
of "Insulin", and to inspect and take an account of the
Licensees"t stock on hand of "Insulin".
10. The Licensees shall on the day on which each
statement is rendered pay to the Licensors a royalty of
Five per cent (5%) of the net selling price of all "In-
sulin" sold by the Licensees, as shown by such statement,
during the three months to which it relates, but the
Licensees shall not pay royalty on "Insulin" given away
or returned during such period, and shall be credited
with a rebate of the royalty on quantities returned if
the royalty thereon was paid during any preceding period.
11. If and whenever and as often as the Licensees
shall neglect or fail to keep any account, or to render
any statement, or to pay any royalties, as hereinbefore
provided for, for thirty days after being requested in
writing, and notwL thstanding any waiver by the Licensors
of, or failure by the Licensors to take advantage of any
prior default, the Licensors shall have the right to
