Item is carbon copy of 2 pages of autograph notes made in F. G. Banting's hand. Notes are dated Aug. 20 - 21, 1921 and record observations of Dog 92. The notes show reductions in the blood sugar level of Dog 92 after the dog received injections of a new extract. The dog, which on the evening of Aug. 20 was weak and sluggish, had regained much of its strength by the following afternoon.
