Typescript letter with autograph additions and signed by G. H. A. Clowes. The first half of the first page is missing. The letter addresses issues of patents, the deterioration of a large batch of insulin, and Dr. Murlin of Rochester and is therefore most likely written sometime after November 18th, 1922 when Eli Lilly was experiencing a crisis of deterioration of the insulin they were producing.
