The word 'COPY' is typed and underlined in red at the top of the first page. Harrower writes to the Insulin Committee to complain that F. G. Banting had made public statements dismissing the effectiveness of Harrower's product Pan-Secretin Co. due to the fact that it is administered orally. Harrower points out that, as far as he knows, neither Banting nor any members of the Insulin Committee had actually tested his product and states his reasons for believing that his product is effective.
