I thank you heartily for sending me your paper. I have been very glad to read it and I think it should be published without delay. I have a few remarks to make on minor points.
P. 1 (mouse method) the statement that very little happens is somewhat too strong. Convulsions may develop, but will often fail to appear even with high does.
2. Dale suggests the word mouse - dose instead of mouse unit
