Item is a cardboard box, still sealed. The insulin is from Lot #62599 U, according to label on the bottom of the box, and is dated 6-24-24 according to in pencilled notation on the front front label.. The label on the front of the box reads: 'Insulin-Stearns 100 units 5cc vial Double Strength 20 units per cc. Frderick Stearns & Company Manufacturing Chemists, Detroit, U.S.A.' The label on one side reads: 'Insulin-Stearns is manufactured under license of the University of Toronto. It is carefully standardized as to dosage ...'
